The Race Won is designed with one thing in mind - road racing. For optimum power transfer the frame has been developed using the latest finite element analyses. The result is a complex contour tube profiling that rationalises load paths whilst optimising aerodynamics, creating a throughbred machine that lunges forward with each pedal stroke.
We've listened to the feedback from our race team to increase the stiffness, particularly around the bottom bracket, rear stays and the down tube. Their knowledge of what makes a great bike in a racing situation has been invaluable in the continued development of the Race Won.
The race-specific geometry gives the bike a combination of responsive handling and an optimum position over the bottom bracket for superb power transfer to the pedals, creating a bike ideally suited for fast decents, flicking through tight corners on the run in to the finish line.
